Across TCGA patient cohorts, POSTN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,726 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POSTN-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACYP1, PLD4, and SLC26A6. Each is linked with POSTN in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POSTN-to-partner and partner-to-POSTN results are reported.
