Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POSTN mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POSTN-associated genes across cancer lineages are Bcl-2, MSH6, and TFRC. Each is linked with POSTN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POSTN-to-partner and partner-to-POSTN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Bcl-2 grouped by POSTN-low versus POSTN-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POSTN→partner) and Y-score (partner→POSTN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
