PORCN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PORCN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,144 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PORCN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SFRP2, HTRA1, and C1R. Each is linked with PORCN in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PORCN-to-partner and partner-to-PORCN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PORCN versus SFRP2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PORCN→partner) and Y-score (partner→PORCN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
