Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PORCN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,077 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PORCN-associated genes across cancer lineages are SUOX, PPP1R14B, and FTSJ1. Each is linked with PORCN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PORCN-to-partner and partner-to-PORCN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PORCN versus SUOX in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PORCN→partner) and Y-score (partner→PORCN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
