PORCN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PORCN mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PORCN-associated genes across cancer lineages are PKC-delta_pS664, ATM, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with PORCN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PORCN-to-partner and partner-to-PORCN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PKC-delta_pS664 grouped by PORCN-low versus PORCN-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PORCN→partner) and Y-score (partner→PORCN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
