Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,243 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POR-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1066P, PINCR, and MRPS21P5. Each is linked with POR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POR-to-partner and partner-to-POR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1066P grouped by POR-low versus POR-high in KIRP.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POR→partner) and Y-score (partner→POR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
