POP7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POP7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,501 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POP7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM2, MCM2_S139, and MCM3. Each is linked with POP7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POP7-to-partner and partner-to-POP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POP7 versus MCM2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→POP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
