POP7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POP7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,547 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL21, FGD3, and CLEC10A. Each is linked with POP7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POP7-to-partner and partner-to-POP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POP7 versus CCL21 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→POP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
