The most reproducible POP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are C2orf69P4, VTRNA3-1P, and RNA5SP359. Each is linked with POP7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POP7-to-partner and partner-to-POP7 results are reported.
