Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PON3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PON3 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher PON3 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PON3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SARC and LIHC are the cancer types where PON3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
