PON3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PON3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,904 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PON3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PON2, PPP1R9A_S840, and STEAP4. Each is linked with PON3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PON3-to-partner and partner-to-PON3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PON3 versus PON2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PON3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PON3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
