PON3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PON3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PON3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH6, mTOR, and p70-S6K. Each is linked with PON3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PON3-to-partner and partner-to-PON3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSH6 grouped by PON3-low versus PON3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PON3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PON3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
