PON3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PON3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,534 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PON3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PON1, KIF13B, and PON2. Each is linked with PON3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PON3-to-partner and partner-to-PON3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PON3 versus PON1 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PON3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PON3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
