Across TCGA cell cohorts, PON3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,709 significant associations in total. OESOPHAGUS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PON3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Lactone catabolic process, and Regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with PON3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PON3-to-partner and partner-to-PON3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion grouped by PON3-low versus PON3-high in OESOPHAGUS.
