PON3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PON3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 276 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PON3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMR3B, DEFB132, and APOL4. Each is linked with PON3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PON3-to-partner and partner-to-PON3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SMR3B grouped by PON3-low versus PON3-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PON3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PON3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
