PON1

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PON1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PON1 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PON1 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PON1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.

UCEC, BLCA, and SKCM are the cancer types where PON1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
