POMT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POMT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,078 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POMT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNVU1-28, RNU6-1039P, and BNIP3P4. Each is linked with POMT2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POMT2-to-partner and partner-to-POMT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNVU1-28 grouped by POMT2-low versus POMT2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POMT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→POMT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
