POMT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POMT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,624 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POMT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAL1, NBL1, and DENND2D. Each is linked with POMT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POMT1-to-partner and partner-to-POMT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POMT1 versus DNAL1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POMT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→POMT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
