Across TCGA patient cohorts, POMK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,382 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POMK-associated genes across cancer lineages are FGD3, PLD4, and CHML. Each is linked with POMK in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POMK-to-partner and partner-to-POMK results are reported.
