The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher POM121L14P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated POM121L14P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LIHC and SKCM show a favorable association.

CHOL, READ, and COAD are the cancer types where POM121L14P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
