The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher POM121C Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated POM121C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BRCA, ESCA, and LGG are the cancer types where POM121C Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
