Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, POM121C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 122 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POM121C-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAPK7, CEACAM4, and OR2L5. Each is linked with POM121C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POM121C-to-partner and partner-to-POM121C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAPK7 grouped by POM121C-low versus POM121C-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POM121C→partner) and Y-score (partner→POM121C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
