POLRMT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLRMT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,656 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLRMT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAVER1, NR2C2AP, and USP24_S1285. Each is linked with POLRMT in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLRMT-to-partner and partner-to-POLRMT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLRMT versus RAVER1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLRMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLRMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
