POLR3H

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR3H RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 10,773 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR3H-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, OBSCN, and MUC4. Each is linked with POLR3H in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR3H-to-partner and partner-to-POLR3H results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by POLR3H-low versus POLR3H-high in LIHC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR3H→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR3H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
