POLR3H

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR3H mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR3H-associated genes across cancer lineages are Fibronectin, Ku80, and Notch1. Each is linked with POLR3H in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR3H-to-partner and partner-to-POLR3H results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Fibronectin grouped by POLR3H-low versus POLR3H-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR3H→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR3H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
