Across TCGA cell cohorts, POLR3H RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,593 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POLR3H-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication-dependent chromatin assembly, Protein localization to microtubule plus-end, and Protein localization to microtubule end. Each is linked with POLR3H in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR3H-to-partner and partner-to-POLR3H results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNA replication-dependent chromatin assembly grouped by POLR3H-low versus POLR3H-high in BONE.
