Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, POLR3GL Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated POLR3GL data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher POLR3GL Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated POLR3GL expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LGG and SCLC are the cancer types where POLR3GL Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
