Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, POLR3G Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated POLR3G data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher POLR3G Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated POLR3G expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUAD and GBM are the cancer types where POLR3G Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
