POLR3F

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR3F RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,381 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR3F-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRMT6, TRMT61A, and XRN2. Each is linked with POLR3F in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR3F-to-partner and partner-to-POLR3F results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLR3F versus TRMT6 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR3F→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR3F) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
