Across TCGA cell cohorts, POLR3F RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,979 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR3F-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA-templated transcription termination, Transcription by RNA polymerase III, and Regulation of chromosome segregation. Each is linked with POLR3F in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR3F-to-partner and partner-to-POLR3F results are reported.
