POLR3E

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR3E protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,652 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR3E-associated genes across cancer lineages are EARS2, UBFD1, and KNOP1. Each is linked with POLR3E in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR3E-to-partner and partner-to-POLR3E results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLR3E versus EARS2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR3E→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR3E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
