Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, POLR3E mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 498 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POLR3E-associated genes across cancer lineages are APOL5, PDCL2, and SLC32A1. Each is linked with POLR3E in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR3E-to-partner and partner-to-POLR3E results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, APOL5 grouped by POLR3E-low versus POLR3E-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR3E→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR3E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
