POLR3C

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR3C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,714 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR3C-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAS5, EEF1AKNMT, and SETDB1. Each is linked with POLR3C in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR3C-to-partner and partner-to-POLR3C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR3C→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR3C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
