Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR3B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,090 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POLR3B-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNRIP1, TGFBI, and PALLD. Each is linked with POLR3B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR3B-to-partner and partner-to-POLR3B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLR3B versus CNRIP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.44.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR3B→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR3B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
