Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, POLR3B RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated POLR3B data layer compared with 7 for mutation status and 3 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher POLR3B RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated POLR3B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and SCLC show a favorable association.

UCS, LUAD, and BLCA are the cancer types where POLR3B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
