POLR3B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, POLR3B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. OESOPHAGUS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR3B-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASCL4, RGSL1, and PRAC1. Each is linked with POLR3B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR3B-to-partner and partner-to-POLR3B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASCL4 grouped by POLR3B-low versus POLR3B-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR3B→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR3B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
