Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR2M RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,236 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POLR2M-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EVI2B, TJP1, and USP8. Each is linked with POLR2M in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2M-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2M results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLR2M versus EVI2B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR2M→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR2M) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
