POLR2M

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR2M mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR2M-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, Fibronectin, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with POLR2M in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2M-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2M results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by POLR2M-low versus POLR2M-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR2M→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR2M) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
