Across TCGA cell cohorts, POLR2M RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,384 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR2M-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endoplasmic reticulum localization, Transcription elongation by RNA polymerase II, and Endosomal transport. Each is linked with POLR2M in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2M-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2M results are reported.
