Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR2K protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,019 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POLR2K-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSF3R, WDR74, and CD180. Each is linked with POLR2K in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2K-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2K results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLR2K versus CSF3R in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR2K→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR2K) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
