POLR2J2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR2J2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,667 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR2J2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription, elongation, Positive regulation of intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway in response to DNA damage, and Obsolete histone H3-K4 methylation. Each is linked with POLR2J2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2J2-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2J2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR2J2→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR2J2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
