POLR2H

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR2H mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 754 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR2H-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAR1B, FAM126B, and ABHD3. Each is linked with POLR2H in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2H-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2H results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SAR1B grouped by POLR2H-low versus POLR2H-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR2H→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR2H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
