Across TCGA cell cohorts, POLR2H RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,129 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR2H-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maintenance of centrosome location, U4 snRNA 3'-end processing, and tRNA metabolic process. Each is linked with POLR2H in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2H-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2H results are reported.
