Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR2G protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,844 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POLR2G-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANKRD23, AQP9, and TREM1. Each is linked with POLR2G in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2G-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2G results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLR2G versus ANKRD23 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR2G→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR2G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
