Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR2G protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,672 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POLR2G-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HCFC1, HNRNPM, and NUDT21. Each is linked with POLR2G in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2G-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2G results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLR2G versus HCFC1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR2G→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR2G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
