POLR2G

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR2G mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 83 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR2G-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01050, PRDX3P3, and POTEH-AS1. Each is linked with POLR2G in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2G-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01050 grouped by POLR2G-low versus POLR2G-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR2G→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR2G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
