Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR2G mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POLR2G-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ Tem, Adipocytes, and Macrophages. Each is linked with POLR2G in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2G-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2G results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD8+ Tem grouped by POLR2G-low versus POLR2G-high in UCEC.
