Across TCGA cell cohorts, POLR2G RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,148 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POLR2G-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial electron transport, succinate to ubiquinone, Regulation of attachment of mitotic spindle microtubules to kinetochore, and Positive regulation of attachment of mitotic spindle microtubules to kinetochore. Each is linked with POLR2G in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2G-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2G results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mitochondrial electron transport, succinate to ubiquinone grouped by POLR2G-low versus POLR2G-high in LUNG_SCLC.
