Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR2E RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,710 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POLR2E-associated genes across cancer lineages are MED16, NOC4L, and LONP1. Each is linked with POLR2E in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2E-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2E results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLR2E versus MED16 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.87.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR2E→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR2E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
