POLR2E

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR2E RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,484 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR2E-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GPX4, DNMT1, and PPIB. Each is linked with POLR2E in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2E-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2E results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLR2E versus GPX4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR2E→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR2E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
